Turmeric latte’s are the hottest trend right now, so I’ve decided to throw my hat into the ring! This latte is fat fuelled which helps that nutrients in turmeric get absorbed into the body. Turmeric has incredible benefits including being anti-inflammatory, it also helps with brain fog and mental clarity. There have been studies that show turmeric is an incredible natural pain remedy. This frothy latte also has blood sugar balancing cinnamon and anti-inflammatory and detoxifying ginger. My turbo charged latte is sweet, spicy, and super duper warming, perfect for when the weather gets cooler.
I also love added coconut cream and coconut butter into my lattes, these are full of super healthy fat and coconut butter also is the actual meat of the coconut which means it is full of fibre.
To further turbo charge this turmeric latte, I add in collagen, which is a wonderful source of protein and its incredible for whole body health because it is the most abundant kind of protein in our bodies. Collagen is required for healthy hair, skin, and nails, and even is used in our joints and digestive system!

Turbo Charged Turmeric Latte Recipe
1 cup Boiling Water
2 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
1 Tablespoon Collagen
1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
In a blender combine all of the ingredients until blended, creamy, and frothy. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
